Shipping costs:

Shipping is free with no minimum purchase to any of the above countries where shipping is available.

Delivery times:

Standard delivery usually takes about 1-4 working days depending on the area:

Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands): between 1 and 2 working days.

Italy: 3 working days.

Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Finland: 2-4 working days.



You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request the return of any item.

Make sure that the products are in their original condition, with their labels and packaging. Incomplete, worn, damaged, dirty or altered products will not be accepted or exchanged.

To make a return you must log in to your account or create an account to manage your request.

Once you are logged into your account, go to the My Orders section and click on the order to access the order details.

From the order details, click on the Request Return button and select the item(s) you wish to return, specify the reason for the return and confirm your request.

Our customer service will process your request and you will receive a return label by email to print and attach to your parcel. The carrier will contact you to arrange a time to collect your parcel.

You have an additional 14 days after the date of issue of the return label to return your parcel. After this period, no refund will be possible.

Once received at the warehouse and after confirming that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.

Important: returns have a fixed cost of 20€ which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.


Cancellation of orders

You can modify or cancel an order before it has been processed. Check your email to confirm that you have not received this notification. If you are within the time limit, please send a cancellation request via the contact form (link).

If you have already received email confirmation that your order has been processed, you will need to make the return once you receive it by logging into your user account..

Odda Gallery accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods.

Secure shopping

Your credit or debit card payments in our store are made in real time through the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. The confidential data of the card used for the payment are transmitted directly to that financial institution in encrypted form (SSL).

For payment with Visa and Mastercard, our shop only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions, an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions.

When you make a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the card has been enabled for Secure e-Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing financial institution, which will ask the buyer to authorise the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only take place if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code and the card will then be charged. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
